We are looking for a confident, experienced 2IC who is sales focussed and experienced in customer acquisition to help manage our Manukau store!

You will be ambitious, self motivated, organised and passionate about Retail. We need a team of dynamic superstars to deliver success and growth in this store. You will be a true leader and want to be rewarded with success.

The 2IC duties will include assisting the store manager with managing the team, ensuring all store sales and sign up targets are met, managing stock and cash, performance reviews and administration tasks such as staff rosters.

The 2IC will also manage the store in the manager's absence.
