COVID-19 Update – Auckland stores available for contactless Click & Collect pickup points. Stores in level 2 regions open to the public (22.9.21)
Online is operating safely to dispatch all orders. The safety of our customers and team is paramount and precautions have been put in place to minimise any potential contact.
Orders will be delivered via contactless delivery to ensure both your and our courier partners safety.
Currently, there may be some delivery delays based on increased volume and capacity within NZ Post's delivery network but you will be able to track your purchases once dispatched. We apologise for any inconvenience that any delays may cause.
From the 22nd of September 2021, all stores in the Auckland region remain closed to the public but are still open as contactless Click & Collect pickup points.
All stores located outside of the Auckland region in level 2 are open to the public. In order to keep both you and our staff safe, we ask that you please wear a face mask or covering, scan in using the COVID-19 tracer app when you enter and keep a safe distance from staff and other customers. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you stay at home and order online for a contactless delivery.
