We can't wait to see everyone back in store and to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff, we will be following strict Ministry of Health guidelines which include:
- Maintaining safe physical distance between staff and customers,
- Practising regular hand hygiene, and
- Limiting the number of customers in store at one time.
We will also be offering contactless payment methods such as EZPay & Paywave.
If you're feeling ill or displaying any cold/flu like symptoms, we ask that you stay at home and make an order online or through our call centre on 0800 728 728.
For online orders, we'll continue to process orders as we were in Level 3 but there may be some delays with delivery due to the high volumes of parcels Courierpost are processing. You can follow the progress of your order using the Track & Trace details located in your order dispatch email.
For customers who have already placed orders for delivery to their homes, it's important to note that these are not transferable to pickup in store.
We have also extended our returns policy from 30 days to 60 days for all purchases made on the 16th of March onwards to allow extra time for customers to make returns or exchanges.
