What do I need to claim my Zap?

All you need is the latest version of the Zap app downloaded on your smartphone.
This is available from the app and play stores.

How does it work instore?

After one of our staff has processed your purchase instore, a QR code will appear on the screen in front of you.
Open your Zap app & scan the QR code. You now have your zap!

How does it work online?

Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to claim your Zap.
Follow the simple instructions and you'll have your Zap in no time.

Make sure to claim your Zap within 48 hours of receiving the email before the claim code expires.

NB: You may receive multiple emails with the zap you've earned if some items in your order come
from different branches. *5% Zap back excludes the freight charge on your order.
