Damn Delivery!!! so annoying

Why does it take you guys so long to deliver online orders??? I see a few complaints on here and I've heard a few complaints from family but I decided to try it out. It cearly says delivery takes 2-3 days but when I called yesterday the lady told me 3-4 days???? But thats only from the time courier has picked up items not from when I made the order which is STUPID! And then she tells me it depends on where I live. I never saw any of this on the delivery faqs. Can someone help me out? When am I going to receive my order???

UMM HELLO IS ANYONE GOING TO FRIKEN ANSWER MY QUESTION???!!! I bloody called since Friday and I keep getting different delivery dates and excuses.
