I phoned your office last week
to get info about using my ezpay account online.
Since then i haven't heard any info back
which the lady said i would get a phone call later on that day.
I STILL cannot shop
online because of this,
and the closest redrat store
is located in Hamilton,
and i live 1-2hrs from there
And have no transport to get there.
Please please, could
you get it up and running.
